After nearly three decades leading human resources, talent, and organizational strategy across Fortune 100 companies including Walmart, Amazon, and American Airlines, she saw a consistent pattern:
Capable leaders were not always the ones selected.

But their value was not always visible, clearly communicated, or strategically positioned for the opportunity in front of them.
That insight became the foundation of LaTonia Clark Enterprises (LCE)
